Abstract:
В статье рассматривается группа бытовых преступлений, совершаемых по неосторожно-
сти, как самостоятельная криминологическая структура. Автором дается их определение,
предлагается классификация, проводится отграничение данных посягательств от других не-
осторожных преступлений.
In article author considers the group of the home crimes made on indiscretion, as separate independent
crimes structure. It Is Conducted analysis and comparisons of some questions to responsibility for
data encroachment with other unwary crimes and compares the questions of responsibility for careless
crimes with intentional ones.
