Мақала авторы қылмысты тергеу барысындағы дəлелдемелерді жинау, зерттеу, бағалау жəне
пайдаланудың заңды реттелуінің өзекті мəселелерін қарастырады. Ол қылмыстық іс жүргізу құқығын
əрі қарай демократияландыру есебінде сот ісін жүргізу мақсатының түсінігін, дəлелдемелердің қайнар
көзін анықтауда дəлелдемелердің іске жіберілу қасиетінің түсінігін заңды түрде бекітуді ұсынып

In the article the problems of legislative regulation of gathering, investigation, estimation and evidence using
in the process of crimes investigation are considered. The author offers to fix legally the term of the legal
process aim, equal understanding of principle of evidence acceptance during their process sources taking into
account further democratization of the proceeding law
