Abstract:
Көп деңгейлі механизм болып табылатын банктегі жоспарлау жүйесіне көңіл бөлінген. Банктік
жоспарлау жүйесінің алғашқы деңгейінде стратегиялық жоспарлау жатуы қажет екендігі баса
айтылған. Жоспарлау нəтижесі ретінде банк дамуының жалпы жоспарының жасалуы, сондай-ақ банк
саясатының жекелеген бағыттары бойынша жасалған оперативтік жоспарлары болу мүмкіндігі
көрсетілген. Банктердегі стратегиялық басқару жəне жоспарлау үдерісін үш иерархиялық сатылы
деңгейлерде қарастыру керектігі дəлелденген. Стратегиялық жоспардың негізгі компоненттері
қарастырылған. Қаржыларда басқару бойынша банк саясатының мақсаты мен міндеттері қолданған.
Банк бөлімшелерінің бизнес-жоспарлау жəне бюджеттеу жүйесін құру мəселелері зерттелген.
The attention to planning system in bank which represents the multilevel mechanism is paid. It is underlined
that at the first level of system of bank planning there should be a strategic planning. It is noticed that
working out of the consolidating plan of development of bank and also operating plans on separate directions
of a policy of bank can become result of planning. It is proved that process of strategic management and
planning in banks should be considered concerning three hierarchical levels. The basic components of the
strategic plan are considered. Are analyzed the purpose and problems of a policy of bank on management of
the finance. Questions of construction of system of business planning and budgeting of divisions of bank are
studied.
