Банктің ұйымдық құрылымының мəні ашылған. Банктің ұйымдық құрылымын құруға ықпал ететін
факторларына көңіл бөлінген. Банктің ұйымдық құрылымын жасауда бағдар болып табылатын негізгі
талаптар келтірілген. Заманауи банктердің жиі қолданатын ұйымдық құрылым түрлері
қарастырылған. Ұйымдық құрылымды жетілдірудегі негізгі үрдіс басқарудың сызықтық-
функционалды құрылымынан дивизионалдық құрылымға кету қажеттігі дəлелденген. Кез келген
ұйымдық құрылымды қайта құруда негізгі мақсат тұрғысынан бағалау қажеттілігі негізделген.
The essence of organizational structure of bank reveals. The attention to the factors influencing construction
of organizational structure of bank is paid. The basic requirements by which it is necessary to be guided by
working out of organizational structures of bank are resulted. Kinds of structures the managements most often
used by modern banks are considered. It is proved that the general tendency in perfection of organizational
structures should consist in necessity of transition from linearly-functional to divizion to management structures.
It is proved that any reorganization of structure of management needs to be estimated first of all from
the point of view of achievement of the purposes put before it.
