Abstract:
Мақалада Қазақстанның отын-энергетикалық кешенінің жағдайын зерттеп, республиканың
экспорттық мүмкіндіктері сарапталды. Қазақстан экономикасы соңғы жылдар ішінде қарқынды
дамып келе жатыр. Мұндай жоғары қарқынды даму сыртқы жағдайдың қолайлы болуымен,
қазақстандық экспорттың негізін құрайтын мұнай, қара жəне түсті металдарға бағаның жоғары
болуымен түсіндіріледі. Қазақстанның мұнай өндіруші аймақтарының экономикалық даму
мүмкіндіктерін зерттеу салыстырмалы жаңа кен орындарындағы шикізат көлемі жəне шикізат
қорларын дамыту алғышарттары Қазақстан Республикасы мұнай саласына алыс жəне жақын шетел
мемлекеттерінің капиталын тартуға жағдай жасайтыны сөзсіз.
This article explores the state of fuel and energy complex of Kazakhstan, analyzes the export opportunities of
the republic. The Kazakhstanian economy has been developing rapidly; this rapid development is conditioned
by the favourable external environment and the high prices for oil, ferrous and nonferrous metals, which constitute
the basis of the Kazakhstanian export. The investigation of economic potential of the oil and gas producing
areas of Kazakhstan, the supplies of raw materials in the new fields and the potential to increase the
raw-stuff makes the basis to suggest that the oil and gas sphere of Kazakhstan is attractive area of capital investment
of near and far abroad countries, including the Russian Federation.
