Abstract:
Мақалада қоғамның инновациялық дамуы, қоғамның барлық салаларының жүйелік түрленуінің негізі,
инновациялық дамудың мақсаты қарастырылады. Инновациялық менеджменттің тиімді жалпы ереже-
лер қатары көрсетіледі. Басқарудың түрлі жолдары келтіріледі; инструменталды жобалық
менеджменттің жəне методологиялық базаның əр түрлі салаларындағы қызметтердің көптеген
инновациялық түрлерін жүзеге асыру, сонымен қатар инновациялық қызметтің проблемалық
аспектілерінің сипаттамасы, инновацияның сəтсіз қолдануларының себептері айқындалады.
Инновациялық қызметте жобаларды басқару құралдары мен əдістерін қолдану мүмкіншілігі
анықталып, жобаларды басқару жүйесінің базистік принциптері сипатталған. Тəжірибелік-
конструкторлық жəне ғылыми-ізденістік жұмыс саласында жобалық басқаруға ауысу қарастырылған.
Заманауи менеджментте жобалық басқарудың өзектілігі атап өтілген.
This article considers the innovative development of the society, the main field of system transformation in
all spheres of the society, the aim of innovative development. There is indicated a number of general rules of
effective innovation management. There are various approaches to the management; implementation of many
types of innovations in different fields based on the methodology and tools of project management. This article
reflects typical problem aspects of innovation activity, the reasons of failure in innovations application.
There were determined the possibility of usage of methods and tools of project management in innovation activity.
The principles of basic project management system were formulated. The transition to the project management
of research field and development work was set. The urgency of the project management in modern
management was noted.
