зерттелген. Автордың ойынша, жер қойнауын пайдалану шектеулі заттық құқық болып табылады.
Қазіргі уақытта Қазақстанда жер қойнауын пайдалану құқығының құқықтық табиғаты, сондай-ақ
оның мұндай құқықтар жүйесінде алатын орнын анықтау заңнамалық шешуді талап етуде.
In present article are investigated the questions of mining regulation in Republic of Kazakhstan. According to
the author the right of mining is the limited real right. Now the topical question of legal regulation of mining
in Kazakhstan, demanding the legislative permission, is the question of the legal nature right of mining as real
right, and also definition the place in system of such rights.
