Мақалада қазіргі заманғы білім беру жүйесіндегі əлеуметтік-философиялық жəне гносеологиялық мəселелер зерттелді. Педагогикалық құзыреттілік жəне педагогикалық кəсіби біліктілік ұғымдарына əлеуметтік-философиялық талдау жасалды. Теориялық білімдегі осы ұғымдардың қалыптасуының əлеуметтік-мəдени факторына назар аударылды. Педагогикалық еңбекке кəсіби біліктілік талаптарын гуманизациялау талабы дəлелденді, өйткені нақ осы педагогикалық құзыреттілік үшін тұлғаның адамгершілік сапалары маңызды мəнге ие. This article investigates the socio-philosophical and epistemological problems of the modern educational system. Given the social and philosophical analysis of concepts and pedagogical competence of pedagogical expertise. Draws attention to the socio-cultural factors in forming these concepts in theoretical knowledge. It is argued requirement humanization of professional requirements for the pedagogical work, as it is for the teaching profession is crucial moral qualities of the individual.
