Abstract:
Мақалада Қарағанды мұғалімдер институты мысалында Орталық Қазақстан аймағында жоғары педагогикалық білімнің қалыптасуы мен дамуы жөніндегі мəселелер қарастырылған. Мəтін мазмұнында ХХ ғасырдың 30–40 жж. Мұғалімдер институтының материалдық-техникалық базасын қалыптастырудағы қиыншылықтар мен педагогикалық кадрлардың құрылуы туралы айтылады. Сондай-ақ аймақтық алғашқы педагогикалық мекеменің Қазақстан оқу орындарын педагогикалық кадрлармен қамтамасыз еткені, профессор-оқытушылар құрамының Ұлы Отан соғысы жəне соғыстан кейінгі алғашқы жылдарда Қарағанды қаласының қоғамдық-саяси өміріндегі маңызды рөлі жайлы баяндалған.
In article questions of formation and development of the higher pedagogical education in the central-Kazakhstan region on an example of Teacher's institute in Karaganda are taken up. The text narrates about difficulties in formation of material base, features of acquisition of pedagogical shots of Teacher's institute in the end 30–40-th years of the XX-th century. A red thread of a narration passes thought on the worthy contribution of the first higher pedagogical establishment of region in maintenance of educational institutions of Kazakhstan with pedagogical shots, about a significant role of the faculty in political life of Karaganda in days of the Great Patriotic War and the first post-war years.
