Abstract:
The article deals with theoretical and empirical preconditions of foreign language communicative competence
of lawyers in the system of postgraduate education, due to a new social situation, dynamism and intensity of
inter-state exchanges of information and diverse insufficient developed this issue in the theory and practice of
postgraduate education. The authors have attempted to discover the essence of the concept of foreign language
communicative competence of lawyers in the context of intercultural communicative paradigm of continuous
foreign language education.
