Abstract:
The present work investigates the issues of the Concept of multilingual education development in the Republic
of Kazakhstan as a system that defines the legal, theoretical and methodological, scientific and methodological
support for training and implementation of multilingual education under the new paradigm of the education
in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Multilingual education is seen as purposefully-organized process of
formation of the language personality on the basis of the native language and the secondary language personality
on the basis of foreign language.
