Мақалада жоғары бiлiмнiң еуропааралық кеңiстiгiнiң қалыптастыру жолы жəне бiлiм беретiн
бағдарламалардың əзiрлеуiнiң жаңа əдiстемелiк аспектiлерi қарастырылған. Автор М.Х.Дулати
атындағы ТарМУ-де халықаралық бiлiм беретiн жүйе қазiргi даму үрдiстер бойынша 2011–2020
жылдарға арналған даму стратегиясын сипаттаған. Университеттiң даму стратегияның орындалуы
қазiргi тəсiлдемелердiң негiзінде бiлiм беру процесін жəне ғылым басқару жүйесiн жетiлдiрiлуге
түбегейлi мүмкiндiк бередi.
In article ways of formation of the all-European space of the higher education and new methodological aspects
of development of educational programs are considered. The author described the developed strategy of
development for 2011–2020 yy. on current trends of development of the international educational system in
TARGU of M.H.Dulati. Performance of Strategy of development of university allows to improve cardinally a
control system of educational process and a science on the basis of modern approaches.
