Abstract:
Мақала бұрынғы Кеңес өкіметі аумағындағы еңбек көші-қонның көкейкесті мəселелерін талқылауға
арналған. Автор еңбек көші-қонның реттелуінің халықаралық жəне ұлттық механизмдерінің
негіздерін қарастырады. Сонымен қатар еңбеккерлердің құқықтарын қорғау мақсатында ТМД
елдерінің аумағында көші-қон саясатына қатысты халықаралық келісімдерді қабылдап, ұлттық
заңдардың үндестігін, бірыңғай саясаттың дамуының жəне шетелдік жұмыс күшін қолдануға
мемлекеттің қызығушылығын тудыратын қажеттілігі негізделді.
Article is devoted an actual problem of regulation of processes of labor migration in territory of the countries
of the former Union. The author considers the basic mechanisms of the international and national regulation
of questions of labor migration. In article necessity of acceptance by the CIS countries the international
agreement on the labor migration, directed on harmonization of national legislations and development of a
uniform policy, for the purpose of protection of the rights of workers of migrants and increase of interest of
the states in requirement of attraction of foreign labor is defined.
