Abstract:
This article is dedicated to the content and peculiarities of legal regulation of the rights on minors’ housing
according to the Republic of Kazakhstan legal system. Author, analyzing law-enforcement practice according to the protection of minors’ housing rights, has defined conclusion and suggestions according to the functional family and housing law, which are directed to the improvement of effectiveness of the protection mechanism minors’ housing rights.
