Abstract:
2,4-Динитрохлорбензолдың фосфорлы қышқыл эфирлерімен синтезі мен химиялық модификациясы химиялық қосылыстарды зерттеу бағытында, синтез үшін аса практикалық жəне теориялық қызығушылық тудырады. Қосылыстың комплекстүзу қасиетін бағалау үшін мыс комплексонаттары негізіндегі синтезі, арилорынбасылған, соның ішінде жаңа биологиялық белсенді қосылыс болып табылатын алкилфосфон қышқылын алу əдістері қарастырылған.
The investigations directed on establishment of peculiarities of chemical modification of 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene with esters of phosphorous acid for the synthesis of the most important in practice chemical compounds are of considerable practical and theoretical interest. Attempt of the synthesis of copper’s complexonates on its base was made for the evaluation of complexing ability of the compound. The method of obtaining aryl-substituted alkyl-phosphonic acids among which the search of novel biologically active compounds is the most perspective was considered.
