Abstract:
Газхроматографиялық зерттеу барысында Halimodendron halodendron Voss. жер үсті бөлігінің түрлі мүшелерінің (жапырақ, сабақ, жеміс) май қышқылды құрамы анықталып, қанықпаған (олеин жəне линоль) жəне қаныққан (пальмитин) қышқылдарының мөлшерінің басым екендігі байқалған. Аминқышқылды анализатор көмегімен жоғарыда келтірілген өсімдік мүшелерінің аминқышқылды сандық жəне сапалық құрамы талданған. Жапырақтары аминқышқылдарының жалпы мөлшерінің көбірек болуымен ерекшеленеді. Глутамин жəне аспарагин қышқылдары аминқышқылды құрамның негізгі бөлігін құрайды.
During the gas chromatographic investigation the fatty acid composition of different organs (leaf, stem, fruit) of aerial part of Halimodendron halodendron Voss. was identified, and it was found that unsatured (oleinic and linolic) and saturated palmic acids are prevail. Qualitative and quantative composition of amino acid of the mentioned plant organs were found out with the help of amino acid analysator. High amount of amino acids in leaves is remarked. Glutamic and aspartic acids make the core part of amino acid composition.
