dc.description.abstract Multipole-cylindrical field for different contributions of cylindrical field and circular multipole was considered. Equipotential portraits of electrostatic hexapole-cylindrical and decapole-cylindrical fields were obtained. The shape of the deflecting outer electrode defining the spatial distribution of field for schemes of energy analyzers with hexapole-cylindrical and decapolе-cylindrical fields was determined. Schemes of mirror type energy analyzers based on electrostatic hexapole-cylindrical and decapole-cylindrical fields were proposed. Electron-optical characteristics of the proposed schemes were calculated. ru_RU
