Қазақстанның жəне Өзбекстанның аймағында жүгері легінің өндірістік
микотоксикологиялық сипаттамасы ұсынылды. Афлатоксиндердің табылу деңгейі жəне
жиілігі, сапасы төмен жəне қалыпты астықта микромицеттердің орташа саны белгіленді.
Микотоксиндер профилактикасы жəне бақылауы бойынша кеңес берілді.
In this article is a micotoxicological characteristic of industrial samples of maize in Kazakhstan and
Uzbekistan. Have been established a medium number of micromicetes in the grain with normal and
reduced quality, the frequency and the levels of aflotoxin detect. There were given recommendations
for control and prophylactic of micotoxins.
