Abstract:
Мақалада белгілі ғылыми баспаларда жарыққа шыққан лупинин жəне оның эпимері — эпилупинин
алкалоидтарының фосфорқұрамды туындыларының қасиеттері, құрылымы, реакцияға қабілеттілігі,
сонымен қатар антихолинэстеразды жəне биологиялық белсенділігі бойынша шолу жасалды. Лупинин
жəне эпилупинин фосфор туындыларының синтезінің химиялық, электрохимиялық əдістерін қолданылуы келтірілді, сонымен қатар олар жаңа əрі тиімді биологиялық белсенді заттардың бағытталған ізденісіне жəне оны өңдеуде маңызды болып, заманауи медицинада қолданысқа ие болуы мүмкін.
This review attempts to summarize the main data on the properties, structure, reactivity, and investigation of
the anticholinesterase and biological activity of phosphorus derivatives of alkaloids lupinine and its epimer —
epilupinine published in leading scientific journals. It is described the use of chemical and electrochemical
methods for the synthesis of phosphorus-containing lupinine and epilupinine that may be useful in a targeted
search and development of new and effective biologically active compounds that are promising for use in
medical practice.
