Abstract:
The key step of the investigator during the inspection activities is the extension and validation investigative leads. Features of versions at this stage of the investigation is their multi-variant, permanent character, the ability to check directly with the inspection of the scene. Their significance
consist of: a) determining the range of circumstances to be established and objects requiring the search; b) establishing
links between identified, its place and role in the events, evidence-based and tactical value; c) the timely planning of urgent
investigative actions and operative-search measures to facilitate collection of information.
