Abstract:
The scientific article considers business risks as constant attributes of proactive activities aimed at receiving income. As a way to minimize such risks the activities of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of
Kazakh- stan, promoting the creation of favorable legal, economic and social conditions for implementing entrepre- neurial initiative are analyzed. The article describes the cases of the solution of certain legal incidents with the participation of entrepreneurs.
