Abstract:
The article discusses the language and culture, as well as the main aspects in the study of speech etiquette in a
situation of «treatment» in the context of different cultures and time periods. Significance due to the fact that
the results of the study can be used in lectures and practical courses of cultural linguistics, intercultural communication,
translation practice, as well as in special courses on the culture of speech and in the process of
learning a foreign language. The relevance of the topic due to the increasing interest of linguists to the problems
of language and culture, as well as the need to understand the place and role of applications, determination
of ways and means of implementation of the reverse function, identify the characteristics of the circulation
in the English language and the spread of the English language as a comprehensive approach to the study
of requests in English and their classification should identify not only the language, but also to show the national-
cultural traits, for example use cases.
