Abstract:
The article includes such actual matters on the protection of children in Kazakhstan as the children’s placement
deprived of parental care. The matters of placement of orphans and children deprived of parental care
into the families are one of the most important institutions of domestic relations. All forms of children
deprived of parental care regulated by law have been carefully analyzed as well as the other forms based on
the experience of foreign countries. The author used statistical data, analyzed practical materials and came to
a conclusion aimed at the solution of problems on giving a shelter to orphans.
