Abstract:
In the article are reviewed the features of reorganization of the legal person as a subject of private
entrepreneurship, the legal forms of reorganization of the legal person, as well as the features of the state
registration of the newly established legal person. Particular attention is paid to the question of termination of
the legal person through its reorganization, transformation as a way to stop the succession of rights and
obligations of the legal person.
