Abstract:
The scientific article is devoted to the problems of pre-revolutionary Kazakhstan related to the Stolypin agrarian
reforms of the early twentieth century. The article describes the attitude of different social movements and
political parties of Russia to Kazakhstan land issues, which were raised in the State Duma. The article shows
the real intentions of the king's government, which to preserve landlordism, used by the resettlement of indigenous
lands. The paper disclosed that the government has a special place in Kazakhstan in their agrarian program,
which is closely intertwined with the imperial colonial policy.
