Abstract:
In article bilingualism problems, cross-cultural competence, consequences of bilingual education, a language
situation of Kazakhstan are considered. And also to consider applied relevance of a bilingualism and its role
in a teaching technique. Bilingualism – the waste product of community designed to satisfy the needs of the
multilingual population for communication with each other. Regarding the true compliance of languages
which has developed in the territory of the country in the 20 th century it is possible to claim that a preferable
form of bilingual communication is the Kazakh-Russian bilingualism.
